Over the past 20 years, I have made it my mission to improve people’s lives because of my love and passion for the health and the happiness of others. I am ia Registered Dietitian, earned certifications in the American Council on Exercise, American Fitness Association of America, Biomechanics of the Human Body, and Body Training Systems. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Comprehensive Pilates Trainer, and opened my own Pilates Studio in 2014, a Trained Cabi Fashion Stylist and and an Independent Business Owner for All Communication Network (ACN). I encourage my clients to live happier healthier lives through proper nutrition and exercise, dress for success and saving money and time on services they are already using everyday.

Before Cabi, I had very little confidence on how to dress herself let alone build confidence and help clients dress for success. With the support and training directly from the design team at Cabi, I have never been so confident in what I am doing now! In my own words: “I know I’m contributing to my clients in a valuable way by helping them feel fantastic from the inside out and outside in! I come across women all the time who say they hate shopping, and I get to offer them a positive and unique experience in the comfort of their own home!”
